Choices

     Loosely as life flows we loose focus on behaviors we participate in. We face options everyday, what we eat, how we exercise, scrolling through Instagram till 3 am instead of going to bed early to start the next day right. Today we have more options than ever. But it’s our choice to that satisfy us now or sustain everlasting success. We don’t have an option if what we chase is greatness? Whatever that is. It takes what it takes to achieve it. Olympians, Navy seals and the Jeff Bezos’ of the world all have their own formula. Options? Not exactly for those who seek greatness.

     If you ate 6 bags of Doritos last week, own it. But that seventh bag is in your control right now. It’s a choice. To wake up 1 hour earlier to exercise before work. It’s a choice. Do not let single moments define who you are. Discipline yourself, be strong minded and be accountable for your actions. New behaviors, led by new choices, create a different you. That different you can be better or worse. Choose better.
